    Phoned for info. Was kinda brushed off with almost annoyance by the lady on phone. When said what calling about. Oh gee I'd have to look that up but I can't now. I'm on the phone and have a customer. Call me later maybe. I'm sure she probably did want to help but emotions show thru the phone lines. If u feel stressed it shows. If you e as you speak even if stressed it will come across better. I felt brushed off that my potential as an ongoing customer was not valued. Won't call there again.
